The physical workout component of our program connects physical exercise to a wide range of feelings or emotional states. For example, a series of jump squats is the Power exercise, a shoulder stretch is the Proud exercise, a balance series is the Courage exercise. There are over 50 emotions represented in our physical workout library, with a comprehensive instructional video for each one.
