Our do-at-home series features Word of the Day workouts. From the COURAGE Workout, to the GRIT Workout, to the FRUSTRATED Workout, we have covered a full spectrum of emotions.
Each workout features a breathing, strength, cardio, or stretching exercise and is accompanied by reflection prompts to help you and your crew navigate this new world of learning.
This offering has been designed to be flexible, so begin, pause, pick back up anywhere you like! If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
