Curriculum Components
Integrate mind, body and academics with the Connectivity Workbook and WORD Workouts for middle and high school.
Connectivity Workbook

An ideal companion to the transitional years in middle and high school, the Connectivity Workbook helps students consider the importance of balance, happiness and gratitude in their lives. They develop practical tools and lifelong habits, from music playlists, to workout routines, to life lessons to live by and share with the world.

WORD Workouts Video Library
Our short, fitness-professional-led video exercises help students make, physical, emotional and academic connections to words like COMMIT, AMBITIOUS, and FOCUS. Workouts are designed for the classroom or gym, with no equipment needed.
Teaching Support & Academic Extensions
Perfect for advisory, peer-discussion guides help teachers enhance workbook comprehension and create a safe space for reflection and dialogue. Academic connections across ELA, Math, Science, Technology, Social Studies, and the Arts offer whole-school engagement opportunities.
